Since 2010, I’m a managing broker, Illinois license and Realtor of my own company. My real estate company is d/b/a Lighthouse Property Services. My last name is too hard for many to spell or remember, so just think “CallBess.com” and you will find and recommend me. Please let me take this opportunity to tell you a little about my the professional side, I also own a small specialty chemical company named Orchard Products (www.orchardproducts.com .) I graduated from Loyola University and I have been in the chemical/metal finishing field about 30 years. I was the first woman president of the Chicago Branch AESF (American Electroplaters and Surface Finishers,) which is a local not for profit educational organization. I have my CEF from the organization and was honored to accept for the Chicago Branch, the Governor’s Pollution Prevention Award, from Governor Jim Edgar. My chemical clients and colleagues find me to be a valuable resource and trust my knowledge and experience to enhance their finishing operations. I have the ability to see the whole picture and I am not afraid to explore out of the box solutions.

From these relationships and skills, my real estate business has grown over the years. I enjoy taking classes and learning how to better service my clients. Helping others is a huge part of life, and I enjoy working with them to achieve superior milestones in their lives and careers.
